Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Analytics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• 8+ years of analytics, BI, or analytics engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI and enterprise BI platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver enterprise analytics and decision-support solutions across Finance, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other business functions
• Develop and standardize enterprise KPIs, metrics, semantic models, dashboards, and reporting structures
• Lead the technical design and development of executive dashboards and operational decision-support solutions
• Build advanced Power BI dashboards, semantic models, data transformations, and self-service analytics capabilities
• Analyze complex enterprise data to identify trends, performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
• Translate business questions and operational requirements into scalable analytics solutions
• Ensure consistency, accuracy, usability, and performance of analytics products
• Partner with Data Engineering and Enterprise Architecture to define data requirements and ensure reliable, governed, and accessible data
• Establish analytics development standards, reusable patterns, and reporting best practices
• Mentor Analytics Engineers, BI developers, and analysts and provide technical leadership across analytics initiatives
• Partner directly with business leaders and subject-matter experts to drive adoption and data-driven decision-making
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and improve operational workflows through analytics
• Measure adoption and business impact of analytics solutions and continuously improve them based on user needs and results
• Evaluate emerging analytics and AI capabilities that can enhance enterprise decision-support solutions
