Job summary

FSS Technologies is seeking a Construction Billing Supervisor to own the AIA billing cycle from contract award through final release of retainage. You will supervise a three-person team responsible for job setup, customer records, and accurate billings.

This hands-on role requires expertise in AIA pay applications, schedules of values, change orders, and lien waivers, with direct access to project managers and operations leadership to build scalable billing processes.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction billing experience with AIA pay apps.
• Experience with schedules of values, retention, and change orders.
• Proficient in Excel; able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of lien waivers and notice requirements.
• Experience leading a small team and coordinating with PMs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and submit AIA documents for payment.
• Build and maintain project schedules of values with PMs.
• Bill by percentage of completion and retainage accurately.
• Oversee lien waivers and compliance documentation.
• Lead a three-person team and ensure timely billings.
