Qualifications

• Degree or certification in Construction Management, Architecture, Building Construction, Engineering Technology, or related field.
• Experience in Construction Administration within an Architecture or Engineering firm.
• Knowledge of AIA contract documents and construction administration processes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to travel locally for project site visits and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate construction administration activities for multiple projects.
• Review RFIs, ASIs, CCDs, Change Orders, Shop Drawings, and other docs.
• Interpret project specifications and contract documents.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress.
• Track activities, correspondence, and documentation through construction.
• Collaborate with owners, clients, contractors, and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Review pay applications and assist with project closeout.
• Participate in construction meetings and guide project execution.
• Facilitate communication between design and construction teams for delivery.
