Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of architectural experience.

• Architectural registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for consistent, high-quality construction administration across multiple active projects.
• Maintains priorities and ensures field documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and issue resolution are managed to completion.
• Builds BHDP knowledge about means/methods, sequencing, failure points, and communicates effectively during construction.
