Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with construction management software and MS Office.
• Ability to organize competing priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Managers to compile accurate legal and contract documents.
• Set up and maintain physical job files, owner status books, and warranty packages.
• Distribute subcontractor contracts with insurance requirements and track certificates.
• Enter and track change orders after PM approval and route for signature.
• Upload project information in construction software, including drawings, logs, submittals, RFIs.
• Prepare business correspondence, permit responses, meeting minutes, and transmittals.
• Provide general office support and receptionist coverage.
• Demonstrate effective communication and professional relationships with partners.
