The ideal candidate has 3+ years in construction administration, a high school diploma, strong written and verbal skills, and proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Competitive salary and ESOP offered.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of construction administration experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to organize document-heavy processes and track tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Project Managers to assemble accurate legal and contract documents.
• Set up and maintain physical job files, owner status books, and warranty packages.
• Distribute subcontractor contracts and track insurance certificates.
• Enter change orders and owner changes in the project system after approvals.
• Upload and manage project drawings, logs, submittals, and RFIs in software.
• Prepare meeting minutes, correspondence, and transmittals for meetings.
• Provide general office support and receptionist coverage.
