Responsibilities

• Manage vendor invoices, pay applications, and credit card receipts in the accounting system.
• Enter and review overhead invoices accurately and timely.
• Pay subcontractor and PO vendors weekly with proper approvals.
• Reconcile month-end statements and maximize vendor discounts.
• Record and reconcile credit card transactions monthly.
• Notify project staff of outstanding items and deadlines.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, vendors, and clients.
• Perform other duties to support business needs.
