The role requires strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and involves reviewing timecards, managing material reports, and assisting with daily invoicing. Qualifications

• Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Job Costing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review employee information on timecards and ensure accuracy.
• Build and manage Job Daily Material Reports.
• Assist with entering invoices in the accounting system daily.
• Provide backup support for other administrative and accounting tasks.
