JLM Strategic Talent Partners is seeking a detail-oriented administrative professional to support engineering and project teams across the US. The role involves logs management, cost tracking, HR and payroll assistance, and handling contracts and invoices in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will be organized, a strong communicator, comfortable working with engineers, and able to prioritize multiple tasks to meet strict deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience working on construction projects or with project teams is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers to ensure logs are updated correctly.
• Manage and organize mailing and filing systems.
• Maintain the cost system and provide required reports.
• Respond promptly to employee requests for information and assistance.
• Route agreements, contracts and invoices through the signature process.
• Assist in HR, Accounting & Payroll activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with clerks to complete tasks and support team needs.
• Support data entry, research and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
• Plan and organize own work and prioritise multiple projects to meet deadlines.
