Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, payroll, or accounting administration experience.
• Construction industry experience is highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Sage 300 experience required.
• Paycom, Procore, or ServiceTitan experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable.
• Process payroll for union and office employees.
• Assist with onboarding, employee records, and HR administration.
• Maintain employee data in Paycom.
• Support benefits administration and open enrollment.
• Prepare reports, employment verifications, and other documentation.
• Handle employee and customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Assist with recruiting support and new hire paperwork.
