Job summary

Ledgent in Benicia, CA is seeking an experienced Accountant / Accounting Specialist to support accounting, payroll, and HR functions. This onsite, temp-to-hire role offers a stable long-term opportunity with a family-like environment.

Responsibilities include managing AP/AR, payroll for union and office staff, HR admin, data maintenance in Paycom, benefits support, and reporting. 3+ years' experience and Sage 300 are preferred. Up to $100K DOE.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting, payroll, or accounting administration experience.
• Construction industry experience preferred.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with Sage 300 required.
• Familiarity with Paycom, Procore, or ServiceTitan is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused.

Compensation:

Up to $100,000 annually DOE
