Qualifications

• Two or more years of accounting or accounts payable experience.
• Construction industry accounting experience preferred, particularly job costing and subcontractor payments.
• Proficiency with general ledger accounting and accounts payable processes.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely; match to POs and receiving docs.
• Assist with job costing and tracking project costs; ensure correct cost codes and types.
• Support month-end/year-end closing and financial reporting; assist audits.
