Qualifications

• 1-2 years business school, accounting training or minimum 1 year bookkeeping experience.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting procedures.

• Exceptional accuracy with 10-key and typing.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor/subcontractor invoices for payment.
• Prepare and make deposits for the company.
• Maintain customer listings and budget information.
• Reconcile subcontractor invoices.
• Timely billing and submission of backup documentation.
• Balance GL, AP, AR, Job Cost, and Billing each month.
