Qualifications

• One year project coordination experience.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete and accurate records for multiple jobs with project managers.
• Prepare project billings and purchase orders; seek prompt payments from customers.
• Maintain healthy relationships with contractors, vendors/suppliers.
• Ensure costs are coded accurately and reporting to project managers and controller.
• File preliminary notices to protect lien rights; manage lien waivers for timely draws.
• Assist project managers, controller, and CFO with miscellaneous projects.
