Qualifications

• Progressive accounting experience with broader responsibility.
• Strong Excel skills and organization.
• Construction accounting experience preferred.
• Sage 300 CRE/Timberline experience is a plus.
• Accounting or finance degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage billing, AP, AR, GL, and month-end close.
• Review contracts for billing requirements.
• Post bank activity and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly journal entries.
• Support vendor invoice processing and payments.
