Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 3+ years of accounting experience with core principles demonstrated.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in multi-client environments.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships and coordinate a small accounting team.
• Lead monthly close, reporting, and job cost support for construction clients.
• Review financial results with leadership and identify issues or cleanup needs.
• Collaborate with external partners to ensure timely deliverables.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and maintain documentation.
