Seeking a detail-oriented construction accounting clerk to join our team. Nations Roof is one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial roofing contractors, ranked #4 in 2021 among Top Roofing Contractors in the US. Our projects include large-scale new commercial construction, industrial, hospitality, distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings, multifamily, green roofs, and renovations of existing buildings. This position is based in Baltimore, MD, and is 100% in-office with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Purpose

To provide accounting and clerical support to senior management and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of job AIA billings
• Sending billings to customers and communicating about billings
• Collection of job billings
• Entering accounts payable
• Processing accounts payable checks (select, print, mail)
• Making deposits via remote deposit system
• Posting deposits to the accounting system
• Reconciling accounts as required
• Performing additional accounting duties as directed by the manager
