Qualifications

• Construction accounting experience is required.
• Experience with WIP and job costing is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day accounting functions and financial processes.
• Assist with WIP (Work in Progress) accounting and job costing.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reporting.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and reconcile financial information.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
• Partner directly with the CFO on accounting projects and special requests.
• Communicate accounting and financial information clearly to management.
• Ensure accounting deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
