• Strong knowledge of AP/AR, reconciliations, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Vendor and payment administration including AP check issuance.
• Maintain vendor records and assist with W-9/1099 tracking.
• Process subcontractor lien waivers and vendor inquiries.
• Record cash receipts and maintain AR records in Sage.
• Prepare weekly/monthly AR aging for operations.
• Reconcile designated accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end close and financial reporting activities.
• Identify improvements to accounting procedures and workflows.
