• 5+ years experience in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial construction.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and prospects.
• Present proposals and conduct product demonstrations.
• Develop customized proposals and pricing based on client needs.
• Maintain long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Travel locally and regionally to meet clients and visit sites.
• Share market intelligence with internal teams.
• Serve as primary contact for existing clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
