Southland Industries is seeking a constructability leader to oversee the constructability phase of projects, partnering with design, modeling, and field teams to minimize rework and ensure adherence to company standards. You will drive trade coordination, schedule integration, resource management, and client liaison activities.

The role requires leading teams, detailed knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Sheet Metal trades, plus strong communication and mentoring skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6+ years in project/people management or trade apprentice program plus 4+ years field experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills; ability to read construction documents.

Responsabilidades

• Lead constructability on assigned projects.
• Partner with design/modeling to minimize model rework.
• Coordinate project team communications to address concerns.
• Provide material and content feedback to team members.
• Lead final trade coordination and sign-off with General Contractor.
• Contribute to design pull schedule to guide model development.
• Manage project resources and budget.
• Promote modular construction and constructability standards.
• Build client relationships and ensure connected solutions where applicable.
