Job summary

Southland Industries, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to oversee the constructability phase of complex projects in Schertz, TX. You will coordinate with design, modeling, and field teams to ensure timely, accurate detailing and model development that minimizes rework.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and mentoring abilities, with expertise in HVAC, plumbing, piping or sheet metal trades, and proficiency in Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years of related experience including project/people management.
• Field Foreman/General Foreman preferred.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads constructability on assigned projects.
• Partners with design/modeling to incorporate constructability knowledge and minimize rework.
• Leads project team communication to ensure concerns are addressed and resolved.
• Provides material, content and feedback to team members as needed.
• Leads final trade coordination and sign-off with General Contractor.
• Manages budget and project costs.
