United States Senate in South Jersey seeks a Constituent Advocate to help resolve issues with federal agencies on behalf of constituents. Senator Andy Kim seeks a Constituent Advocate in South Jersey to help resolve issues with federal agencies on behalf of constituents. The Constituent Advocate assesses problems and finds solutions in a professional manner, screens and refers cases, as appropriate, and represents the Senator and the office.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing casework, be exceptionally well-organized and attentive to detail, be able to adhere to established casework processes, have strong oral and written communication skills, excel at time management, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and be able to maintain good working relationships with the Senator, staff and constituents. An even temperament, ability to deal effectively with a wide range of personalities, and creative problem-solving skills are essential.
This is an in-person work required position which will be reporting out of a soon-to-be-opened office in South Jersey.
