Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting and Consolidations, to own the monthly, quarterly and year-end close cycles and deliver accurate consolidated financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.

You will oversee intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and reporting packages, working with Controllership, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and regional teams while supporting SOX controls and external audits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in financial reporting and consolidation
• Experience with multi-entity, multi-currency environments
• Experience with annual/quarterly close cycles
• Public company exposure preferred (Big 4 a plus)
• Strong knowledge of consolidation, intercompany, foreign currency translation

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly and year-end consolidation end-to-end
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and reporting packages under US GAAP and IFRS
• Coordinate financial close calendar across regions and sites
• Manage intercompany reconciliations and eliminations
• Support SOX controls over financial reporting and audits
• Coach and develop a team of reporting accountants
• Maintain documentation of procedures and controls
