Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.
• CPA certification and strong external reporting experience.
• Experience with US GAAP, close, consolidation, and SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead global teams for financial close, consolidation, and management reporting.
• Direct quarterly executive reporting, balance sheet analysis, and cash flow reporting.
• Coordinate with External Reporting for Forms 10-Q and 10-K, and support audits.
