Job summary

The Nature Conservancy in Indiana is seeking a Conservation Information Manager to support conservation planning and data-driven decision making. You will develop and maintain documentation, tools and systems for data management, including GIS libraries, and you will analyze spatial and relational data to produce professional reports.

This is a part-time, 21-hour-per-week role based in Indianapolis with a mix of in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in managing, maintaining and populating databases.
• Experience in project management across multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience operating GIS, analyzing data, producing data reports and creating maps.
• Proficient in English communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage work plans, budgets, and project management processes.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with Conservancy policies and procedures.
• Provide expert guidance on meeting administrative requirements and improve efficiency.
