QTS Data Centers is seeking a Development Program Manager (Q‑Systems: Connectivity) to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities across multiple campuses. The role interfaces daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Vendors and Data Center Operations staff, requiring strong written and oral communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years delivering mission-critical data center facilities.
• Experience leading design, pre-construction, and construction activities.
• Strong written and oral communication with diverse stakeholders.
• US Citizenship is required by law due to federal contracts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, pre-construction and construction activities on projects across multiple campuses.
• Provide program-level support for network infrastructure deployments across the portfolio.
• Coordinate with QTS network infrastructure and technology teams to ensure infrastructure meets facility needs.
• Support Q-Systems team with network infrastructure coordination.
• Create and manage port schedules for development projects.
• Review project designs for compliance with QTS standards and Basis of Design documents.
• Prepare updates for executive reviews and present information for decision making.
• Develop multi-phased site development plans to meet time, budget and quality targets.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and represent QTS Q-Systems in OAC and low voltage meetings.
• Ensure project implementations align with approved design documents and QTS standards.
