Meta is seeking an experienced Connectivity Integration Lead to support our DEC Operations across data centers. The role focuses on standardized builds, risk mitigation, and mentoring teams, with travel up to 50% to various sites.

Required are extensive experience in structured cabling in hyperscale environments, vendor management, and strong cross-functional collaboration. Data center engineering and construction management expertise are essential for success.

• 8+ years of experience in structured cabling for hyperscale data centers.
• Experience managing vendor delivery, Q/A and scope changes.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across multiple sites.
