Job summary

Meta is seeking a Connectivity Engineer in New Albany, OH to support DEC Lease Delivery projects. You will manage ISP/OSP installations, fiber cabling, and equipment deployment at multiple sites, ensuring quality and adherence to aggressive timelines.

You will lead vendor coordination, perform constructability reviews, and maintain project schedules while coordinating with construction partners and design teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in telecom/networking project delivery for data centers.
• Experience with inside/outside plant cabling, fiber testing, and installation standards.
• Proven ability to manage vendor field activities and ensure quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Lead site-level connectivity for DEC Lease Delivery projects.
• Perform on-site inspections of ISP/OSP installations.
• Coordinate with vendors and review progress against schedule.
• Conduct constructability reviews and validate test reports.
• Maintain schedules, milestones, and documentation.
• Collaborate with construction partners and design teams.
