Job summary

The Bridge Community Church is seeking a Connections Coordinator for our next campus to help every person feel known, connected, and discipled. This role bridges first-time guests to long-time followers through hospitality, follow-up, and intentional connection.

Relational and strategic, you will assist the Campus Pastor by learning attendee names, identifying next steps, and shepherding. You will oversee guest follow-up, coordinate attendee next steps, and monitor spiritual growth.
