Qualifications

• Completion of Milestone Growth Track and active membership required.
• 2–4 years of ministry, administrative, or coordination experience.
• Proven leadership experience in a ministry or organizational setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate the Plan Your Visit process.
• Execute personal follow-up with guests via multiple channels.
• Recruit, develop, and lead volunteer teams.

Skills
