Qualifikationen

• Minimum five years of experience selling fine wines in both on- and off-premise accounts.
• Distributor management experience including inventory, pricing, and programming.
• Account management experience developing new business, managing existing accounts and recovering lost accounts.
• Exceptional closing skills and strong verbal/written communication; highly organized.
• Wine knowledge of regions and industry; CSW or WSET a plus.
• Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel; valid driver’s license; 21+ years of age.

• Manage distributor relationships, inventory, pricing and programming for the market.
• Drive sales to key accounts, coordinating with suppliers and distributor managers.
• Plan and execute on/off premise promotional events and wine tastings.
• Develop and maintain a key account list and personal relationships with buyers and managers.
• Monitor monthly sales, track performance of key accounts, and adjust plans.
• Review market data to identify trends and opportunities; manage regional quotas.
• Lead performance reviews with distributor management and set future action plans.
