Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years in technical, analytics, platform operations, or connected services roles.
• Strong SQL and relational database experience; able to analyze complex datasets for operational insights.
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and distributed application flows.
• Familiarity with telemetry, event-based data, monitoring, and service performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and refine operational KPIs and performance metrics for OnStar Vehicle Insights and Telemetry API.
• Build dashboards and tools to visualize system performance, data quality, and customer experience trends.
• Document end-to-end workflows, API interactions, telemetry ingestion patterns, and data dependencies.
• Investigate system issues using logs and queries to identify root causes and support resolution.
• Validate new features and platform changes to ensure data integrity and expected functionality.
• Establish and monitor service levels, thresholds, and data quality indicators.
