Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Typically 4 to 6 years of professional experience in systems or business analysis.
• Ability to work independently with strong initiative and judgment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with handling non-standard issues.
• Proven ability to create high-quality requirements and user stories.
• Experience collaborating across business and technical teams and influencing outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and analysis for complex business and systems problems across Dealer Parts, Service, and Warranty applications.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and delivery practices.
• Own analysis and delivery outcomes across cross-functional efforts.
• Use data and business context to build recommendations and address stakeholder concerns.
• Influence decisions and align teams without formal authority.
• Facilitate decision-making with architecture teams on SaaS vs custom solutions.
• Resolve diverse issues balancing business needs, risk, and technical constraints.
• Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on requirements quality and backlog readiness.
• Communicate recommendations, status, risks, and decisions to senior stakeholders.
