Baxter International is seeking a Commercial Marketing Manager for connectivity products in the US market. You will translate global portfolio strategy into focused commercial execution that drives demand, enables the sales organization, and supports profitable growth.

This role collaborates with sales, global marketing, product management, clinical, service, and operations to launch, enable, and optimize connected care solutions across nurse call, smart devices, and related workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of commercial marketing or product marketing experience in life sciences or healthcare tech.
• Experience supporting US market commercialization, launch execution, or downstream marketing in connected care or digital health.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute US downstream marketing strategies for connectivity products aligned with global portfolio objectives.
• Translate roadmaps into US market positioning, messaging, and launch strategies with customer-facing content.
• Gather field feedback, market insights, and competitive intelligence to influence marketing decisions.
• Partner with sales to drive pipeline growth, adoption, and commercial performance across segments.
• Lead launch readiness and cross-functional collaboration for new products and software releases.
