Creative Group in the United States is seeking a Manager, Congress & Advisory Board Operations to lead the Congress & Advisory Board team, drive engagement, training, and delivery to client expectations. This role requires coaching, program management, and strategic oversight to ensure exceptional service across client accounts.

Qualifications

At least 5 years of meeting and incentive management.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience with program management and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain an effective and cohesive team.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to support professional development.
Deliver timely performance reviews and coaching to drive growth.
Interview, hire, and motivate staff to deliver excellent client service.
Identify training needs and implement SOPs to improve performance.
