Creative Group is seeking a Manager, Congress & Advisory Board Operations to lead the Congress & Advisory Board team under the Director, CX. You will coach, train, and develop team members, assign programs, and ensure delivery meets client expectations.

You will recruit, mentor, and retain top staff, drive performance reviews, and implement SOPs to improve service, efficiency, and financial outcomes for high-value accounts.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of meeting and incentive management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• In-depth knowledge of congress and advisory board operations.
• Must be an experienced Program Manager.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop team in a way that reflects Creative Group's Vision and Values.
• Assign programs and redeploy resources based on project scope.
• Monitor compliance, client reporting, and data accuracy.
• Interview, hire, motivate, retain staff with input from Director, CX.
• Provide training, coaching, and regular performance reviews.
• Drive client retention and overall service excellence.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to maintain and improve client relationships.
