Creative Group seeks an Associate Congress Manager to oversee healthcare congress programs and small-format meetings. You will manage client relationships, plan programs, oversee participant experience, and coordinate logistics with multiple internal teams.

The role emphasizes compliance with pharma regulations, budget control, and delivering exceptional attendee experiences across on-site and hybrid formats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Hospitality, Event Planning, or related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years in event/program/project management with pharma/healthcare meetings experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Zoom.
• Cvent certification/experience is a plus and CMP/HMCC/PMP is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support client relationship management for healthcare congresses and small meetings.
• Define goals, objectives, and budgets with clients; ensure compliance and best practices.
