Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; prior conflicts experience considered.
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open, LegalKey, or CompliGuard Analyze.
• Previous online research experience preferred, including Dun & Bradstreet.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and PDF software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online research tools.
• Understand conflicts request workflow and department procedures.
• Understand basic conflicts of interest principles as taught by leadership.
• Demonstrate sound judgment aligning assignments with firm priorities.
• Interpret and analyze information to reach logical conclusions from varied data.
• Be a self-starter who can work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other responsibilities as required.
