Job summary

Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a Conflicts Researcher to generate accurate conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online research tools. The role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with firm leadership and staff to understand procedures, interpret complex information, and provide clear recommendations while maintaining high professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree highly preferred; prior conflicts experience may be considered.
• Experience with relational databases such as Intapp Open, LegalKey, or CompliGuard Analyze.
• Online research experience including Dun & Bradstreet preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and ability to learn new software; PDF software a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate conflicts of interest reports using Intapp Open and online research tools.
• Understand department SOPs and conflicts request workflow.
• Understand conflicts of interest principles as taught by the National Conflicts Manager.
• Demonstrate sound judgment balancing firm and department priorities.
• Interpret and analyze information; synthesize data to support conclusions.
• Be a self-starter; work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
• Other responsibilities as required.
