Responsibilities

• Perform conflict research related to new business of the firm, using legal conflict research software and other tools to identify corporate affiliations and aliases.
• Process Marketing/Business Development requests and send results to the submitters.
• Process audit letter requests, working with the Compliance Specialist as needed to support the process and answer questions from audit letter business professionals about status of requests.
• Maintain and keep several pending requests organized; be prepared to give updates or provide knowledge about status of requests to submitting assistants or conflicts analysts.
