Job summary

Foley is seeking a motivated candidate to perform conflict research for new business using specialized software to identify corporate affiliations and aliases. You will process Marketing/Business Development requests and send results to submitters, and assist with audit-letter requests in collaboration with the Compliance Specialist.

You will maintain several pending requests and provide status updates to submitting assistants or conflicts analysts as part of daily workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Six months to internship/work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform conflict research related to new business using conflict research software to identify corporate affiliations and aliases
• Process Marketing/Business Development requests and send results to the submitters
• Process audit letter requests, collaborating with the Compliance Specialist and responding to audit letter business professionals about request status
• Maintain and organize several pending requests; provide updates or information about request status to submitting assistants or conflicts analysts
