Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP seeks a Conflicts Attorney to join our Office of Legal Affairs to identify, analyze, and resolve conflicts of interest across the firm. You will guide on ethics matters and assist with screens, waivers, disclosures, and engagement letters.

The role requires thoughtful, detail-oriented attorneys who communicate effectively with attorneys and business professionals across the firm. A background in conflicts and ethics in a law firm is essential.

Qualifications

• JD degree and at least three years of law firm experience; active bar license preferred.
• Experience with electronic research and familiarity with Intapp conflicts software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Aderant a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze new engagements and hires to identify potential conflicts of interest.
• Conduct electronic research to identify and resolve conflict and ethics issues.
