Job summary

Qualifications

JD degree and at least three years of legal experience in a law firm; active bar license in good standing strongly preferred.
Experience conducting electronic research, with familiarity with conflicts-related software preferred.
Proficiency with MS Office and conflicts-related programs; familiarity with Intapp/Aderant a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and analyze engagements and hires to identify conflicts of interest.
Conduct electronic research to identify and resolve conflict and ethics issues.
Prepare and review engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, and ethical disclosures.
Provide guidance on conflict of interest and ethics issues to firm attorneys.
Communicate with attorneys and business professionals to resolve conflicts and related issues.
Assist in training staff on conflicts and intake processes.
Close client or matter accounts per firm policy.
