Qualifications

• J.D. required and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction where the firm maintains a U.S. office preferred.
• Experience in conflicts-of-interest or professional-responsibility matters at a large law firm preferred.
• Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills; ability to manage confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze, and resolve conflicts of interest arising from new clients, matters, attorneys, and staff.
• Review conflicts search results and provide first-level analysis and recommendations.
• Draft engagement letters, conflict waivers, and ethics screens; assist with disclosures under Rule 1.11.
