Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi (“CSG Law”) is seeking a Conflicts & Business Intake Coordinator for our Roseland, NJ office. Qualified candidates should possess 2+ years of law firm conflicts or new business intake experience, strong analytical and research skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency with conflicts management systems such as Intapp, and the ability to manage confidential information in a fast-paced professional environment.
Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
The expected salary range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 per year. The actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including (without limitation) the applicant’s qualifications, relevant experience and other certifications or professional licenses held. The anticipated salary range listed is just one component of CSG Law’s total compensation and benefits package which includes (but is not limited to) discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident, and disability insurance; health savings accounts and flexible spending accounts; and a 401(k) plan.
