Qualifications

• J.D. required and admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Experience in conflicts, new business intake, professional responsibility, risk management, or related function is required (≥3 years).
• Strong analytical skills and sound legal judgment are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to explain complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex conflicts of interest issues arising from new client engagements and matters.
• Advise on conflicts, professional responsibility obligations, and risk management considerations.
• Review conflicts reports and due diligence, providing legal analysis and guidance.
• Draft and negotiate conflict waivers, engagement terms, and related documents.
• Advise on ethical screens and risk mitigation measures.
• Collaborate with Professional Responsibility Department and Firm leadership.
