Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (JD) required.

• At least two years of related work experience.

• Familiar with conflict of interest databases and legal research tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized and analytical.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflict analysis on new Firm business and lateral hires.
• Prepare, audit, and present conflict reports to attorneys.
• Consult with partners, General Counsel’s office, and Professional Responsibility Committee to maintain screening restrictions and ethical waivers.
• Review engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines for compliance.
• Perform legal research on conflicts clearance, lateral hiring, ethical walls, and related issues.
