You will independently review, research, and resolve conflicts to ensure compliance with ethical standards in all jurisdictions.

The role requires strong legal research and writing skills, familiarity with the Rules of Professional Conduct, and the ability to work with attorneys across U.S.

• Strong legal research and writing skills to prepare memoranda and drafts.

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires.
• Act as a legal advisor to firm lawyers on conflicts-of-interest issues.
• Perform legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
• Analyze complex factual situations and spot issues.
• Draft waivers and engagement letters; manage representations.
• Negotiate between lawyers to resolve conflicts and waivers.
• Be present at work during standard hours and as needed.
