Experience includes a Juris Doctorate and 3+ years of practice, active bar admission, and strong research and writing skills.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate and 3+ years of legal practice.
• Active bar membership in good standing.
• Strong working knowledge of professional responsibility rules.

Responsibilities

• Analyze conflicts of interest on new business and lateral hires and draft waivers.
• Advise firm lawyers on conflicts-of-interest issues.
• Perform legal research and prepare memoranda for GC and firm committees.
• Analyze complex factual situations and identify potential issues.
• Draft engagement letters and waivers; negotiate between lawyers as needed.
• Work with international offices and adhere to firm policies.
